owned subsidiary of Ampersand, Inc. and a registered Municipal Advisor
with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB Registration #K1337).
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through
our website, through our services to public depositors, and through
communications with our team.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide. Your name, title, entity, email, phone number, and any information you volunteer in a form, email or call — for example, when requesting a consultation, subscribing to Insights, or engaging us as your Municipal Advisor.
- Information from public-entity engagements. When we are engaged to serve a public entity, we receive the information necessary to administer its cash-management and post-issuance-compliance programs — including balances, transaction data, bank and depositor identifiers, and issuance-related documents.
- Information collected automatically. Our website may collect standard analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, timestamps) via cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and administer the services engaged by our clients, including deposit placement, reporting, arbitrage rebate compliance and related regulatory filings.

- With Ampersand, Inc., our parent company, and its affiliates for the operation of the AmpersandAlign® Deposit Program and shared platform services.
- With service providers we retain to help us operate — including technology vendors, custodians, auditors, counsel, and third-party administrators — under confidentiality obligations.
- With regulators, law enforcement, or courts when required by law, subpoena, or as necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Ampersand Public Advisors, our clients or third parties.
- In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing or sale of assets, subject to customary protections.
4. How we protect information
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold — including access controls, encryption in transit for sensitive data, employee training, and vendor-management practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and align our controls with the standards expected of a registered Municipal Advisor.
